Since the 19th Century second half Arild has enticed holidaymakers who have searched for calmness with its inspiring surroundings. The unique light, sea and Kullaberg have been attractive amongst artists as well as tourists.

We are very proud to run Strand Hotell, which was established as a boarding house in 1904. Since then different owners have shown their hospitality during more than a hundred years.

Our ambition is to preserve the genuine boarding house feel in combination with a familiar assistance. Our characteristic hotel and its beautiful surroundings offer a special experience and suit the family, a romantic weekend, friends and conferences.

We have 13 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, at Strand Hotell. 7 in the main building and 6 in our annex  ”The view”. The rooms are in four different categories depending on the view och size of the room.

· Category 1, large room with balcony and sea view
· Category 2, small room with balcony and sea view
· Category 3, room with certain sea view
· Category 4, room with a view over the garden.
